Currently enjoying the simple realization that life is what you decide to make it. Taking on challenges and enjoying the road to accomplishment one step at a time - personally and professionally. Blown away on a daily basis seeing my 3 sons becoming young men and embracing the responsibility to help them get there.

My family - hopefully like you - is the engine that drives me. My 3 sons and I live on the shoreline of CT. Active. Spontaneous. Energized and passionate. A crazy group that feeds off one another to create a pretty great life.

My work - Leader. Marketer. Problem solver for a ton of great brands over the last 20 years. Digital guy, tech-geek, and team builder that likes to ask "why" and "why not"? Two of the simplest questions that drive some of the greatest thinking.

My past times - Competition. Personal challenges. Running. Cycling. Swimming. Endurance sports. Adventure. Travel. I've gone through a personal journey for the last few years that has brought clarity to my life second only to the birth of my children. I love the journey of self discovery I am on and hope my children realize the power that can provide you. To recognize that living life to the fullest means you never stop exploring, learning and growing as a person. To pursue your passions. To inspire. Your passion is your reason to be.

Set your goals. What ever is important to you. Every day you wake up, remember them and move towards them. Put in the time. Nothing comes easy.
