Jonathan C. Watson

The Short Bio: I'm a husband, dad, pastor, photographer and child of God (in no particular order!)

Long-form Bio: I'm the Pastor of Cape Fear Presbyterian Church PC(USA), and I've been an ordained Presbyterian minister for over 11 years. I was born and raised in Southern California and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Photography/Motion Pictures from Brooks Institute of Photography (Santa Barbara, CA). After a few years of toiling in Hollywood, God showed me a “still more excellent way.” I pursued that call at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary (Louisville, KY), and after receiving a Master of Divinity degree, I was called as the Associate Pastor of the Falls Church Presbyterian Church (Falls Church, VA). I began serving Cape Fear Presbyterian Church in February 2006. I'm married and have a young son. When not at church, I can be found hanging out with my family, sermonizing at any of our local coffee houses, honing my photography skills (www.photosbyjonathan.com), or soaking up all the beauty that Southeastern NC has to offer.
