As a Senior Program Manager I have over 20 years experience covering all aspects of Business Administration in the fast paced Operations, Engineering, Facilities and Construction markets. I have achieved success from developing corporate strategies and driving them down through the organization into goals, objectives and budgets while leading teams in multi site facilities in the US, Europe and the UK. I am decisive with the enthusiasm and energy to expeditiously achieve goals. Mentoring and developing of staff is important to me. I have a clear understanding of the fiscal issues and how to achieve results including driving fiscal measures down through the organization ensuring accountability at all levels.
