I am a detail oriented professional massage therapist/educator in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. I have worked with high profile and professional athletes alike, as well as with specific sports training facilities and high school athletic programs. Areas of strength include a vast knowledge of the art and science of massage therapy and the development of my own business – Body/Image Massage Therapy. The goal of helping both individuals and athletes, reach and maintain peak levels of performance is accomplished through the use of various modalities and specific exercises to identify areas of attention.
