I am a 36 year old retail manager born and raised in middle Tennessee. Married for 8 years and a father for 6; I have learned the importance of hard work and dedication to my goals beginning with my early, formative years helping on the family farm through my success in school graduating with Valedictorian honors at Hermitage Springs School and on through my career years growing and developing myself into the leader I am today. Now with a family to care for the vital importance of interpersonal relationships and constant, constructive communication has been reinforced and helped to further enhance my skills and talents that I bring to the forefront each day in my positions leading and inspiring 50+ retail workers to delight my customers at every opportunity.
