At JDP, our trainers base their sessions on four basic pillars, which can be elaborated as follows:
· Education –It is important to start from scratch and build on as you climb the ladder. While training you, our trainers tend to educate you regarding the processes that need to be followed and tips to keep in mind in order to attain the perfect shape and maintaining the same.
· Intensity – You can hardly achieve anything unless you strive for it with great intensity. Our training programs involve just the right amount of intensity you need to burn all those extra calories and stay fit.
· Consistency – There are thousands of cases where people stop training after a few weeks and return back to their inactive lifestyles. If there is no consistency, there will be no results. At JDP, we look to ensure that you maintain the consistency in your training sessions with the utmost dedication.
· Accountability – You need to be accountable for your actions. No matter how hard our trainers try, at the end of the day the responsibility of sticking to the training program lies with the each member. We empower all our members to be accountable, inside and outside our premises.
