I'm a food/beverage marketing consultant that focuses on the anthropology side of the business. I work to develop the relationship between people, food, and the role it plays in culture:

  • Uncover attitudes and behaviors
  • Identify cultural trends that lead to innovation
  • Quantify viablilty of new food/beverage products
  • Create brands with long-term connectivity

While I've done this work for Hilshire Farms, California Milk Processor Board, McDonald's, and Kellogg's, I am also interested in helping smaller food companies.
