Former poltical wonk turned tech geek wannabe. Insatiably curious about all things technology and media related. Interested in new and exciting social innovations that create value and enhance our quality of life.

I've had a pretty diverse range of life experiences in the short amount of time I've been on this earth. Highlights include living in the middle of Acadia National Park for two consecutive summers and dabbling in the life of a ski bum in the mountains of California. I've been fortunate to have lived and worked in many different parts of this amazing country, from the sleepy suburbs of Sacramento to our political center of power in Washington, DC, and from the diverse urban plain known as the Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex to the quaint New England fishing villages in Northern Maine. I also did a semester abroad in Italy when I was in college, where I lived with my fellow students in a villa outside Rome, surrounded by olive trees and old growth vineyards. Yes, we harvested the grapes for wine. And yes, it was done "I Love Lucy" style.

Not surprisingly, I'm an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast. Recent adventures include visiting local friends in Belgrade, Serbia and sampling that city's amazing culture and nightlife. I also recently trekked up the summit of Mt. Katahdin, the highest mountain in Maine and the northern terminus of the Appalachian Trail.
