My career in the food service industry has evolved from the bottom up, gaining hands-on experience at every level. I am The Chief Operating officer of Food & Entertainment Co.Ltd (Feed) member of Al Rugaib Holding,
Feed in 2012 announce the acquisition of Café Céramique International, we own the rights as franchisors, under my leadership we converted the brand from a counter service to full service casual restaurants with new prototype & design. I implemented new safety & sanitations standards with Boecker program, development of the team to international standards.
Part of the Feed Business Development we signed Two international brand as master franchise in KSA , Shakeaway & Lola’s Cupcake , as well we develop two local concept Maze Catering & Mille Feuille bakery and pastry .
My professional training was obtained at the Culinary Institute of Lebanon. I also have completed advanced management training courses through E Cornel & Harvard while I was in Four Season Hotel Riyadh.
My objective is to remain in the Middle East and find a new employer, in a food service or hospitality venture, who will benefit from my expertise, commitment and enthusiasm. My international and multi-lingual and cultural skills, in Arabic, English and French, will be highly effective in delivering quality service to a multi-national clientele and managing a diverse team.
I learned from my experience that in business and day to day operation “Winner never quite & quitter never win” while in F&B “Life is too short for average food” and in Sales and Marketing “Some will, some won't, so what?”
