A highly trained media professional with special emphasis on topics related to digital media, the arts, wine and food, hospitality and entertainment, Jean Criss began preparing for her career as a student at Walsh College in Troy, Michigan, where she earned a bachelor of business administration with a focus on communications. She continued her passion in communications throughout her career while she earned a number of leadership awards, President Club awards and sales achievement successes year over year.
Currently, she utilizes this knowledge and her years of experience as chief executive officer for Jean Criss Media, a company dedicated to providing creative media services and solutions for diverse and discerning clientele. Furthermore, she is a published author and recently penned the My Pain Woke Me Up trilogy.
In her spare time, Jean Criss takes part in a diverse range of hobbies and pastimes. Among others, she enjoys writing, playing golf (a real treat), and hosting and entertaining guests. Furthermore, she is an avid NYC gal attending women's business entrepreneur meetings, cause-related events, theatrical productions on Broadway, and on occasion loves to catch a good movie, or film hosted by the NY Women in Film and Television organization, where she serves on their communications and programming committees.
