I have been the Chief Marketing and Experience Officer at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2018.

As the voice of all things work, SHRM is the foremost expert, convener, and thought leader on issues impacting today’s evolving workplaces. With 300,000+ HR and business executive members in 165 countries, SHRM impacts the lives of more than 115 million workers and families globally.

I lead SHRM's marketing, communications, membership, editorial, creative, analytics and marketing technology, customer experience, and our speakers bureau with over 140 staff and P&L responsibility for membership products/services.

Previously, I worked with Fortune 500 companies and middle market and co-founded two Internet start-ups.
