I have a true passion for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle whether that means jumping rope outside with my kids or hanging upside down in the mountains of Vancouver. Hearing someone say " I packed a healthy lunch today because I knew I was going to be working with you (eye roll)," makes me smile. If I can influence one person at a time to be a bit healthier, that is a win! Don't get me wrong, you are not going to find me nagging on you if you indulge in your favorite dessert.
