Jean Léger

Jean Léger has been Executive Director successfully leading two not-for-profit organisations in the last 15 years. One of them in the Economic Development Sector at the National level and the other for a Francophone interest group in Nova Scotia. Mr. Léger has also been a radio broadcaster for Radio Canada during tenyears before becoming a business owner in the information management sector.

Bilingual (French and English) and originally from New Brunswick, he is now living in Ottawa. He now works as a consultant for a not-for-profit organisation to help raise revenues and their profile, as well as public and government relations and management.

As a volunteer, Jean Léger was also been involved at the development of the Canadian Radio Fund of Canada as its Vice President. He was also pastPresident of the Nova Scotia’s Voluntary Council and involved in the Halifax Francophone Chamber of Commerce. Currently, he is Vice President of the Fondation Richelieu Fondateur.
