I like to say that Winston Churchill had a mother -- and I admire her. The risks my children are willing to take reflect my devotion to their development -- it has been a marvelous journey and I love watching as they carve out success, on their own terms.

I think it was being their mom that naturally led me to a ten-year career as a corporate talent specialist for a wonderful company - Ecolab is among the 100 most ethical companies in the world and we make products that make the world, cleaner, safer, healthier.

These days I have moved on, still work for Ecolab, and enjoy leading projects for Human Resources as Ecolab prepares to be a twenty billion dollar company by 2020.

I am a passionate professional, but when I am not working I enjoy long distance running and fiction writing.
