Jeanne Shipp

Health care administrator Jeanne Shipp stands out as co-founder of two prominent freestanding emergency medical care providers in Texas. The first of these is Patients Emergency Room in Baytown. In her leadership role, she oversees all day-to-day operations of the company, including human resources, licensing issues, and compliance with state regulations. She also leads a management company, PER Management and Consulting, LLC, to manage the operations of the emergency room.

Ms. Shipp founded Patients Emergency Room after serving as administrator of Elite Care Emergency Center for five years. Since then, she has founded a second successful emergency care company, Longview-based Hospitality Health Emergency Room, which is a family-owned operation led by a group of highly trained nurses.

A graduate of the college in her hometown, Lee College. She earned a degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse and a member of the Texas Association of Freestanding Emergency Rooms and the Baytown and West Chambers, Chambers of Commerce.
