Jeannetta Greer

I attended Wayne State University (WSU) for both undergrad and graduate school. I am a registered Radiation Therapist. I received a Bachelor of Science in Radiation Therapy Technology and a Master of Science in Community Medicine. I am currently enrolled in the Master of Education program at WSU. Expected graduation December 2022. I am the program director for WSU radiation therapy technology program. My passion for teaching at the university comes for working as a radiation therapist for 30 years, training new radiation therapist, and teaching students wanting to become radiation therapist. I believe compassion is the key to success not only with teaching but also in life.

Outside of work, I am committed to continuance education training through the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) and OTL workshops offered here at the university. I also enjoy working with the mentorship programs offered by the university. On a more personal level, I attend church, help nurture my nephews and enjoy good books, movies and shopping as my cardio.
