I am an experience facilitator and seasoned executive coach. I deliver consulting projects in Greater China and Asia Pacific.

Before going freelance, I was a Principal Consultant in Korn Ferry International’s Leadership & Talent Consulting Business, responsible for executive education projects and talent assessment. Before that, I was a Master Trainer for DDI International, delivering leadership development programs across China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

My expertise and knowledge extends into various learning and communication areas. I am a certified Lominger tool suites trainer, a certified 7 Habits facilitator, a Licensed Advanced Practitioner of NLP, and a winning speaker of Toastmaster International.
