Nothing holds me back. No matter what challenges must be overcome…how many problems must be solved…or how high the obstacles, if my mind is set on it, I will achieve my goal. This was true as I worked my way up the corporate ladder within the financial services industry from the entry-level rungs to the C-suite, gaining experience in wealth management, banking and lending, mortgages, insurance, securities, and more, along the way. It was true as I earned multiple college degrees and industry certifications, including a BSBA and MBA, the prestigious CRCP credential from FINRA and Wharton School of Business, all while working full-time.

I have always thrived on taking on the toughest challenges and have excelled at turning around troubled organizations and building new organizations from the ground up. Following the example of my early mentors, I have developed an empathetic, but tough, leadership style, setting high standards for the people I work with, as well as for myself – and remaining dedicated to mentoring my employees to help them achieve their full potential.
