Jebet Chepkoyo

Jebet Chepkoyo is a community development advocate working at the intersection of peacebuilding, climate justice, digital innovation, and youth empoweerment, she has passionately coordinated grassroots initiatives and leading strategic partnerships and implemented impactful programs across Northern Kenya.

Jebet Chepkoyo has played roles in peace and reconciliation dialogues, working closely with women, elders, and youth from conflict-affected communities to promote healing, build trust, and promote nonviolent coexistence. Projects led by Jebet Chepkoyo in Baringo and Northern Kenya in climate-responsive programming complements her peacebuilding efforts by addressing resource-based tensions and advocating for sustainable, community-led solutions.

Additionally, Chepkoyo is a strong advocate for digital and social inclusion and has collaborated with organizations to train youth and women in Baringo and Northern Kenya through hands-on programs .

Jebet Chepkoyo is also deeply passionate about virtual reality (VR) and its potential to tell immersive stories that drive empathy and social change. Jebet envisions using VR to elevate underrepresented voices and spotlight the lived realities of marginalized communities across Kenya and beyond.
