The law firm handles a variety of legal matters including but not limited to probate and trust administration, estate planning, condominium law, residential, real estate matters, business law and more.

I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Multinational Business from Florida State University in 1993. I went on to receive a Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law located in Miami, Florida in 1997. Later that year I was admitted to the Florida Bar (October 1, 1997) and shortly thereafter became an associate in the law office of Russell T. Sickmen and Associates where I began practicing law in the areas of Wills, Trusts, and Estates. I am a member of both the American Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association as well as a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. I am also admitted and qualified to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Making sure that a person’s assets are distributed to their intended beneficiaries is a fundamental part of a person’s estate plan, but a proper estate plan also involves strategies to minimize potential estate taxes and settlement costs as well as to coordinate what would happen with your home, your investments, your business, your life insurance, your employee benefits (such as a 401K plan), and other property in the event of death or disability. In addition, a good estate plan should include directions to carry out your wishes regarding health care matters, so that if you ever are unable to give the directions yourself, someone you know and trust would be able to do that for you. As an experienced West Palm Beach wills, trusts and estates attorney, I know which documents can most effectively meet an individual’s needs.
