I've always explored what makes us great. I find it amazing that people with the same responsibility, title, and role, can all be successful in their unique way taking dramatically different paths to success. I spent over seventeen years in retail banking managing and leading employees through one-on-one coaching, training, and development.

In 2015, I moved into a corporate HR role with my bank's Talent and Organizational Development Team. As a classroom facilitator, I lead hundreds of employees through Talent Boot Camps, Leadership Programs, and Intact Team Building Sessions. My Certifications include:
