I am Jeevesh Sabharwal, the Managing Director of Shivam Group, a prominent name in the Indian real estate sector. For over two decades, I’ve worked to build Shivam Group into a leading force, developing architectural marvels across Delhi NCR and beyond.

Under my leadership, Shivam Group has reached significant milestones, including achieving a remarkable revenue of ₹1903 crore in the last financial year. My role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio that spans real estate, construction, and trading. I am proud of our ability to integrate cutting-edge construction technology and maintain rigorous quality standards, ensuring that each project is delivered efficiently and effectively.

Our recent projects, such as the Sarovar Portico in Badrinath, the Administrative Building at GBU Greater Noida, and the School of Engineering Building at GBU, reflect our commitment to creating spaces of lasting value. We are also actively working on exciting ventures like Orizzonte in Greater Noida, Iridia Apartments in Noida, and Stupendous Luxury Apartments in Amritsar, which showcase our drive for excellence and expansion.

Looking ahead, I am thrilled about our upcoming projects, including luxury five-star hotels in Greater Noida, Rishikesh, Jammu, Jaipur, and Amritsar, as well as high-end farmhouse villas covering over 28,000 square feet. These projects represent our dedication to blending luxury with innovation.
