Jeff Klein

Dr. Klein is the Assistant Superintendent for Academic Services for the Park Hill School District. Park Hill is a wonderful school district and a great place to work. Dr. Klein joined the Park Hill School District in 2002, California, where he was a school psychologist in Bakersfield and Los Angeles. Dr. Klein was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He received his special education teaching degree from Brigham Young University and earned an M.Ed. and Ph.D. in education from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Dr. Klein started with Park Hill as the Director of Research, Evaluation, and Assessment. In 2007, he was promoted to Executive Director. He has served as Assistant Superintendent since 2010.

Dr. Klein has extensive experience with integrating Quality into academic programs and has been supporting organizations using Quality principles since 2007. Dr. Klein is the 2011 recipient of the Governor’s Quality Leadership Award. He has been a member of the Missouri Quality Award Board of Overseers since 2009. He helped lead the Park Hill School District to achieve recognition with the Missouri Quality Award. e He is also a recipient of the Missouri Outstanding District Office Support Award. Dr. Klein is active in leadership and advocacy at the state level, serving on multiple advisory committees.
