Over the course of his career, attorney Jeff Rutledge has achieved success in legal practice, contract negotiation, and public policy publishing. He prepared for professional life with a bachelor of business administration from the University of North Texas, competing on the school’s varsity debate team. Jeff Rutledge won a number of debate tournaments as well as speaker awards at the regional and national level, and competed at the 1987 National Debate Tournament.

In 1993, Mr. Rutledge leveraged his debate experience to create Paradigm Research, a publisher of public policy materials for academic debaters. He successfully cultivated a team of expert authors as well as a customer base of schools and educators across the world.

Mr. Rutledge continued to lead Paradigm Research throughout his legal education, beginning in 2006. He studied for four years at Texas A& M University School of Law, where he took an active role in such organizations as law fraternity Phi Alpha Delta and constitution advocacy group the Federalist Society.

The owner of an independent law practice since 2010, Jeff Rutledge has represented numerous individuals and businesses in contract negotiation, intellectual property and organizational development matters. Also a former senior contract manager with AT&T Services, he offers in-depth expertise in IT contract negotiation and organizational restructuring.
