Jeff Ware

Jeff Ware is a Mississippi native, educator, and ministry leader with a passion for biblical counseling and leadership development. He studied Organizational Management at Virginia University of Lynchburg (an HBCU) and later earned board certifications in Christian Counseling, Psychology, and Theology through the Christian Bible Institute and Seminary.

Jeff began his career in education with Clayton County Public Schools, serving as a special education teacher specializing in emotional and behavioral disorders and autism spectrum support. After sensing a call to ministry, he stepped into pastoral leadership roles across prominent churches throughout Georgia and Virginia.

Today, Jeff serves as a Campus Pastor at 12Stone Church in Snellville, GA, where he integrates his background in education, counseling, and theology to lead, teach, and equip others for spiritual and emotional growth.
