I've been in broadcasting for over thirty years and have worked in some great places like Dallas,Fort Smith, and Little Rock again. I've been blessed in my career having the opportunity to interview some great coaches and athletes. I've covered the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, as well as several college and high school teams. My career also includes doing play by play for high school football and baseball as well as professional hockey. I actually got into broadcasting due to a career ending knee injury. I was a highly recruited pitcher out of high school and was offered several contracts by major league baseball teams including the Texas Rangers. However, after undergoing reconstructive knee surgery, I was not able to perform up to the level I was used to and therefore hung up the cleats. While attending Texarkana College I enrolled in a broadcasting class and the rest is history.
