I am an established leader with over 15 years experience as a business owner and operator and now developer. I have a proven track record for achieving results, maintaining high standards and developing and leading top performing teams.

In my current role, I am a director for all Canadian franchises in our system with a goal of helping them develop and grow the businesses they want and to live their best lives.

I have a reputation for establishing rapport quickly and developing strong, lasting relationships with clients, vendors and employees. I am a coach, mentor and leader. I am a highly effective and direct communicator and am very strong at negotiating and problem solving.
