After Graduating from the University of Western Ontario in 2007, Jeff was recruited to work at CB Richard Ellis, the global leader in commercial Real Estate services. Jeff specialized in Office leasing and Investment sales. While working at CBRE, in 2009, Jeff co-founded The House Group Asset Management. House Group Asset Management is a privately held manager of various Real Estate Assets in Southwestern Ontario. Their value-based approach identifies, acquires, and manages strategically positioned properties in the multi-residential, retail, and mixed used commercial classes. Jeff is the managing partner and continues to seek new acquisitions. Jeff is also a guest lecturer at The University of Western Ontario teaching Undergraduates about real estate investment, development, financial feasibility and economic fundamentals. In 2012, Jeff co-founed, Pavia | House, a real estate development company focusing on Modern Design and infill re-development. Pavia | House currently have 2 projects under construction.
In 2013 co-founded Cole + Parker, a lifestyle/retail brand that funds microloans in developing countries through the sale of bold, colourful and stylish socks.
