I'm an international educator who is working on changing the model. Technology is a tool for life that isn't going away. I help people realize that is is a powerful learning tool, but just a tool nonetheless, like a pencil or a calculator. Instead of being afraid of it, let's just get over it, accept it, and learn how to leverage it to help our students who are currently caught in a crazy limbo between a technology-rich world outside of school and a severely restrictive one inside.
