When I’m not data wrangling, I influence business culture as an ally for women, creating innovative gender equity and equality initiatives like mentoring women in coding and entrepreneurship. I was truly honored to be recognized for advancing the U.S. Army’s inclusive gender equity and equality policy and program, when on my second tour to Iraq with my Army Reserve team.
