Jeff Attala

As a Mechanical Engineering graduate Jeff has several years of experience working in Manufacturing Operations of control systems for Military applications and Government Confirmatory Emissions Testing of passenger vehicles.

In his current role within Product Development for Ford Motor Company, Jeff utilizes his Engineering education and experience to ensure Engineers meet the deliverables associated with given program milestones. In this role, Jeff has used his excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional issue resolution by chairing discussions involving other individuals, departments, and organizations.

In addition to ensuring deliverables are met, Jeff has assisted Program Engineers and Managers by developing core tools to quickly gather and present metric data to report on Program Health. His focus is to develop new and innovative methods to help teams perform tasks more efficiently.

Jeff is a leader in Continuous Improvement activities and has been recognized for his initiative and creativity.

Outside of the workplace Jeff has accumulated over 7 years of experience as a co-manager for a local car club, founder of an aftermarket automotive business, competitor, committee member, and magazine editor for the largest motorsports club in Ontario, and co-founder of two amateur motorsports teams. Jeff has gained experience while owning, operating, modifying, and maintaining his personal fleet of vehicles. He also has five years of motorsports experience including track days at multiple venues and has participated in over 50 competition events. Jeff has also participated in professional racing as a mechanical crew member for both the Fast Wheels Hyundai Canada factory team in the Canadian Touring Car Championship series, and Team Sahlen Racing in the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series.
