Jeff Beal is a Georgia-based real estate developer, broker, and entrepreneur working at the intersection of real estate, automotive culture, and private motorsports.

He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Écurie Motor Club, a private motorsports and lifestyle destination currently in pre-development in Georgia’s Golden Isles, and Co-Founder of Stables Motor Condos®, a luxury automotive real estate platform focused on purpose-built garage condominium communities for car enthusiasts and collectors.

Jeff is also Co-Founder of Cars & Capital, a relationship-driven community connecting entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders, and automotive enthusiasts.

His career spans commercial and residential real estate, real estate development, automotive marketing, and motorsports. Before entering real estate, Jeff worked extensively within the automotive industry and later served in an executive leadership role with Atlanta Motorsports Park. He is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker affiliated with SERHANT.
