Jeff Brand is known for a creative approach that goes beyond the ordinary and delivers results. Jeff founded Brand Capital Partners following six years as an acquisitions partner with Greenway Investment Company, and ten years as a top producing broker with United Commercial Realty. But his interest in the built environment began even earlier. As a student at Boston University, Jeff was inspired by the way great buildings and design can affect quality of life. For Jeff, real estate is about more than just creating buildings; it's about creating environments that will enhance the lives of the people within them.

As the founder of Brand Capital Partners, Jeff Brand is committed to sustainable, responsible advisory and investment in real estate. He works to achieve strong long-term financial success for clients, while also making a positive contribution to the communities in which he works. He and his wife, Sheila have two great kids, and take an active role in their community. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching his kids' soccer and track teams, and racing bikes.
