Jeff Burrill

Jeff Burrill serves as the chief executive officer of Panera Bread franchisee Pangenera, LLC. In this capacity, Jeff Burrill manages the financing, operation, and development of Panera Bread locations in the southern part of the San Francisco Bay Area. Burrill brought Panera to the South Bay in 2005 and has opened 11 cafes in under a decade. He has also signed leases for four more locations to open by late 2014. A member of the Panera Bread Franchise Advisory Council for several years, he works with Panera’s executives and his fellow franchisees to develop and grow the Panera brand.

During the 1990s and early 2000s, Burrill held senior leadership positions on both sides of the franchisor-franchisee relationship. He worked to foster franchisee growth as a Taco Bell executive and spent several years as a Baja Fresh Mexican Grill franchisee, opening nine restaurants in just three years and earning the chain’s 2003 Franchisee of the Year award.

In his spare time, Burrill enjoys mountain biking in the Santa Cruz Mountains and has competed in several races.
