A native Oregonian and a lifelong horseman, Jeff Campf trained as a competitive rider in Canada, and worked at the Paul Valliere Acres Wild Farm in North Smithfield, Rhode Island, as his wife and professional partner, Shelly. In 1990, Jeff Campf settled with her in the greater Portland area, where they began operating the state-of-the-art equestrian facility Oz Incorporated in the far southern suburb of Canby.

In addition to his administrative and teaching roles at Oz, Jeff Campf regularly competes in Grand Prix show jumping events. He has numerous Grand Prix victories, and is also a Hunter Rider Northwest Professional World Champion and a 10-time Oregon Hunter/Jumper Association Open Jumper Champion.

A national leader in the equestrian world, Mr. Campf chairs the Zone IX Jumper chapter of the United States Hunter/Jumper Association, and sits on both the USHJA Jumper Zone Council and the USHJA Rider/Trainer Committee. He also maintains membership in the National Jumper Committee of the United States Equestrian Federation.
