A US Army veteran and graduate of the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California before serving as a German translator in Berlin, Jeff has a BA from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. He has also won awards for oil painting and has an affinity for euchre. Jeff has three children and lives in Carol Stream.
