Jeff Coles

Jeff received his Bachelor’s degree in architecture from Howard University and his Masters of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University. Jeff has participated in the sale of $2,800,000,000, as well as assisting in real estate analysis and marketing for sales assignments. He has been with First Capital Realty since July 1994. For the three years prior to joining the company, he was involved in asset management and disposition analysis for Oxford Development. Prior real estate experience included marketing and loan support for First American Bank. Jeff is active with The National Multi Housing Council and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers.
