I've been at Microsoft since 2002 and believe that being world class means that every day you must improve. Being a nimble, agile engineer is tough stuff these days, so focusing on how you do things is just as valuable as what you deliver. Being on and building the right team is critical; share your values, your ideas, your feedback, your trust, and greatness will follow.

Learning is a way of life. I have a BS and MEng from Cornell University and love to learn, whether it's technical or something about construction, bike aerodynamics, or foam degredation.

Be. Active. From triathlons and training, to hiking, skiing, or snowboarding, to just running around playing tag with my family, it's all fun and all me.
