Jeffrey Dreyer

Jeffrey Dreyer has built an accomplished career working with and for a diverse range of companies and industries including private equity, real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality over the past 16 years. Mr. Dreyer earned an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctorate from Arizona Summit Law School. Since then, Mr. Dreyer has experience working and assisting start-up companies to develop strong operational foundations and positioning the firms for growth and success.

During his career, Mr. Dreyer has evolved his understanding of business fundamentals and executive leadership. Mr. Dreyer considers himself a conscious capitalist and believes the alignment of interest and goals between employees, stakeholders, and customers are critical to the success and longevity of any business. He is a staunch advocate for creating merit focused businesses to drive productivity and long-term positive outcomes.

Mr. Dreyer is a devoted advocate of non-profit organizations that are engaging in meaningful work around the globe. Mr. Dreyer has supported a variety of organizations including the Phoenix Rescue Mission, Fallen Police Officers, Golden Retriever Rescue, Make a Wish Foundation, and others.
