Jeffery Guobadia was schooled at the University of Benin where he obtained his Diploma in Computer Engineering and a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering. He is also a Master’s Degree holder, and currently undergoing his Doctorate progrmme in Construction Management from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. He is an indigene of Uhunmwonde Local Government Area in Edo State.

He has acquired several professional certifications in Health, Safety and Environment, Human Resources, Project, Business and Customer Service Management. He has also undergone courses and earned certifications in COVID-19 Safety & Management, Safety Management Systems, ISO 45001:2015, Food Safety Management, Environmental Impact Assessment, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Mediation, Risk Assessment, First Aid and Fire Fighting. He is a member of the Association of Akwa Ibom Entrepreneurs, a member of the More Leadership Academy community, the Nigerian Society of Engineers, The Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria, the Association for Health, Safety, and Environmental Awareness Int'l, and sits at the management level of various multipurpose cooperative societies, NGOs, and firms.

He is currently the Director of Programmes at Labelle Consult Limited, Director of Administration at the Association for Health, Safety, and Environmental Awareness Int'l, and the lead consultant and facilitator for the Gusto Safety Council, Dubai, here in Nigeria. He was a one-time acting chairman for the National Industrial Safety Council of Nigeria (NISCN), Akwa Ibom State Chapter, and a former organizing secretary for Environmental & Safety Volunteers, Akwa Ibom State Chapter, a facilitator for the United Nations under the Skills Development programme, Akwa Ibom State, and currently a consultant for the World Bank-assisted FG TVET IDEAS training programme.

He is a professional trainer, an entrepreneur, a business sustainability coach, a project manager, a transgenerational leader, and an IT technocrat. He is the Director of De AFTERMATH CONSULTS, a firm that has helped many youths achieve their great potentials. He is happily married with children.
