A little about me, as a longtime Tampa Bay resident and full time Realtor I know how difficult and demanding it could be to buy or sell a home.

In the majority of instances a real estate purchase will be the largest financial transaction a person will make throughout their lifetime. I believe is important to choose a Realtor that is an expert in the area they are working and someone that you are comfortable with.

1) Full time Realtor in Florida for over 11 years. I have been involved in real estate since the 1980’s. Yes I remember 18% interest rates!
2) Since January 2013, closed over 80 transactions. That ranks me in the top 1% of Realtors in the Tampa Bay area.
3) Proud long time Tampa Bay resident.
4) Trained to work with both buyers and sellers.
5) Closed over 10 Fannie Mae REO transactions during the last year as a buyer’s agent. These are very complicated and time consuming transactions.
6) Short Sales are no problem! I have a team of negotiators that have negotiated and closed hundreds of Short Sales. It is a complicated process but I will be happy to confidentially explain the process, answer your concerns and guide you through this process.
