Jeff Harrison

Jeff Harrison, has a Bachelor of Arts (in Public Communication) from the American University in
Washington, DC.

He got his start in the bar/restaurant industry working as a DJ/Emcee for numerous establishments where he honed his public speaking skills. His knowledge of adult beverages developed upon taking over the family business, Modern Liquors, which he successfully operated for over seven years until it was sold in 2010. Under Harrison’s leadership, Modern Liquors went from an annual income of $170,000 to an impressive $750,000, and returned to profitability. His efforts resulted in a community service award, and numerous news pieces—both print and broadcast.

Prior to that, Harrison was a digital videographer for depositions in complex litigation cases. He also worked in cable television production as a technical director, back-up news anchor and voiceover artist.
