Jeff Lambert

With years of experience in construction, Jeff Lambert currently operates as CEO of Ocean Bluff Development LLC, a general contractor and developer in Marshfield, Massachusetts. Since opening the firm in 2004, he has awarded and managed contracts, including supervision of sub-contractors, and handled negotiations with clients, vendors, architects, and engineers. He works directly with property management to establish budgets and perform tenant fit-outs and also worked with governmental departments, Town, State and Federal municipalities, including OSHA and Fire and Safety. Since opening the company, Jeff Lambert has increased production and repeat business.

Over the course of his career, Jeff Lambert has worked on many projects, including the Caneel Bay Resort, St John USVI and a $23.7 million multi-use office building in Marshfield. He studied construction management at Wentworth Institute of Technology and North Eastern University. He served as an estimator for Charlesgate Construction Co, Talbots, Inc, and Crown Construction Co and also handled estimating and purchasing for EMJ Corporation. To stay current in his field, he maintains a membership with Associated Builders and Contractors. In his free time, he enjoys most outdoor activities.
