Jeffrey Lamoureaux

I’m Jeffrey Lamoureaux, based in California, and I’ve dedicated over 24 years to serving in law enforcement, civil rights compliance, and Title IX investigations. After years working with the Burbank Police Department and various universities such as Auburn University and the University of Nebraska, I transitioned into civil rights work to continue my passion for helping others. I’m the owner of CIXE Investigations, where I focus on creating fair and respectful environments through investigative and compliance work. Outside of my career, I prioritize faith, family, fitness, and finding balance in life’s challenges.
