Jeff LeFevre has been self-employed for more than 15 years. “For those 15 years I have been developing exceptional sales and marketing leaders in executive search and coaching individuals on how to succeed in today’s climate as an entrepreneur. Sticking with yesterday’s values based on integrity, honesty and doing the right thing are the keys to any long term business.”

Today Jeff owns several businesses that keep him busy. One of his businesses is an executive search firm started in 1999 called JTL Services, Inc. Today JTL Services, Inc. has over 700 clients ranging from medium sized companies through Fortune 100 companies. With clients across the United States, JTL Services, Inc. has over 100 independent recruiters supporting their efforts in locating top talent.

“The executive search business is changing and I have seen companies come and go because they choose to maintain the status quo. Finding talent today is changing and we have spent a lot of time and money to understand those changes. Our goal is to be a business that always puts integrity first and to help any size company fill their jobs with the best talent available.”

Jeff is excited about his other business venture involving the deregulation of utilities across America. “There is tremendous potential in Gas and Electric deregulation and is one of the brightest spots to be a part of today." Jeff seeks out a few entrepreneurs a year and invests his time and experience helping to develop successful distribution channels.

Prior to executive search and energy he owned a network consulting company that specialized in designing, implementing and maintaining local and wide area networks for companies throughout the United States. “Clients were asking us for help finding someone to manage their networks after we installed them. That became the start of us entering into the search business."
