I'm Jeff Machin.In my experience at More Cabbage, JCPenney, ACTIVE Network, and Servitas I have had the pleasure of impacting various marketing KPI's and business functions: Optimized social proactive strategies to increase page views, orders, unique visitors, and page views per visit, while decreasing bounce rate, installed brand and employee advocacy programs, created employees social media guidelines and community guidelines, and trained employees from entry level to C-Level execs.

During my time at JCPenney, my focus was on driving social commerce and user engagement through live event coverage, branding/promotions, social seo, optimizing social features/plug-ins across all JCPenney platforms, and proactive content on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Polyvore, Youtube and other top social media sites on the web.

My experience includes developing, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies, training employees, streamlining business processes, creating marketing plans and campaigns, improving customer service, and providing management and analytics of all digital marketing efforts.
