Jeff Nydegger is the co-founder & innovator behind Kendall Partners & JeffBuysYourHouse.com, a thriving real estate investment company in Chicagoland. Since 2007, Jeff and his partner Kevin have mastered playing the long game, strategically buying and selling properties while forging lifelong relationships. Guided by his faith and a commitment to lifelong learning, Jeff leads and endeavors to invest with an eternal perspective. He finds great joy in discussing real estate deals and exploring new business opportunities alongside like-minded individuals. Before his real estate, Jeff honorably served in the US Army, deploying on multiple combat tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan during the early 2000s. Marrying his high school sweetheart in 2002, Jeff & Sarah have four energetic and amazing children. While Jeff continues to grow in the real estate world, his true passions lie in fishing, woodworking, family travels, and engaging in friendly competition. He approaches life with a light-hearted attitude, understanding the importance of not taking non-essential matters too seriously.
