Jeff Allen

With over 20 years of experience in the video game and PC industry I have been a successful in the roles of Director of Sales, Director of eCommerce, and VP of Marketing.

Most recently I accepted a position as eCommerce Manger with an internet security company Webroot. At Webroot I work with online retailers such as Amazon, Office Depot, OfficeMax, Staples, newegg, Buy, eBay, and Fry’s. In my tenure I have increased sales at Amazon by 600% and all other accounts combined by 300%. I am also responsible for multiple other projects including: SEO. SEM, ad retargeting, customer segmentation, marketing messaging, and extended product online content. I began the Webroot international expansion for eCommerce by setting up our products at Amazon Canada, Amazon UK, and am currently working on Amazon Japan and Germany.

Previous to Webroot I was Manager of eCommerce for a video game accessory company called Mad Catz. Mad Catz asked me to help increase Mad Catz sales and brand management at Amazon, Tiger Direct, New Egg, PC Mall, and dozens of other online and retail accounts. While working with Amazon I quadrupled sales for console and PC accessories.
I have worked closely with product development and marketing teams to launch several video game and PC titles, both in retail and online.

Previous to Mad Catz I worked eight years as National Accounts Manager at Disney Interactive Studios. At Disney I was responsible for working with the majority of top national retail, on-line, and distribution accounts. I was also responsible for managing sales people from our rep firm and working with over 40 sales people at several national distribution accounts.

I am detail oriented and am flexible enough to successfully support multiple projects. In addition, I am an expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sales Force, and am familiar with HTML. I also work with numerous outside service providers such as Web Collage and ChatID to optimize eCommerce web sites.
