I’m Jeffrey Belk, Founder of Innovation Restoration here in Charlotte, North Carolina. I built my career in roofing and property restoration because I like solving problems with my own hands. I’ve always believed that when someone trusts you with their home, you owe them honesty, clear communication, and work that actually lasts. That’s the mindset I built my company on.

I spend a lot of my time helping homeowners get their lives back after storms, leaks, or unexpected damage, but I’m just as focused on teaching people how to protect their homes before something goes wrong. Preparedness matters more than most people realize.

Outside of work, I’m usually on a mountain bike, hiking trail, motorcycle, or yoga mat. Staying active keeps me grounded and sharp. Long term, my goal is simple: grow Innovation Restoration into a respected, reliable company that stands for integrity — something that can keep serving people even after I eventually retire.
