Jeffrey Dovedot

Jeffrey Dovedot of the Tampa Bay area travels internationally around his demanding career as a Central Florida-based District Manager of Retail Sales for Verizon Wireless. Colombia ranks among his favorite vacation destinations, particularly the city of Santiago de Cali, where he and his wife of seven years enjoy spending their days exploring historic centers and their evenings dancing in some of the many salsa clubs there. Jeffrey Dovedot also likes to scuba dive and hike during his trips to Colombia. For scuba diving, he prefers the Caribbean waters around the islands of San Andrés and Isla de Providencia, as well as the mainland-based Tayrona National Natural Park. For hiking, he often seeks out the high-altitude grasslands of the Colombian Coffee-Growers Axis, which offers plenty of views and numerous coffee haciendas to explore.

During shorter trips and vacations stateside, Jeffrey Dovedot and his wife enjoy hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee and North Carolina, alpine skiing in Western Pennsylvania, and boating in the Gulf of Mexico. Family also plays an important role in Dovedot's life, and each summer he meets up with relatives at a Florida lake and spends time barbecuing, playing games, and enjoying their company.
